Mr. Randy Foster is a co-founder and partner of Magnolia Construction, LLC. Alongside his partners, he has overseen the company’s growth from $4 million in its first full year of business in 2000, to over $30 million in 2016. Mr. Foster is a North Carolina and South Carolina licensed general contractor and currently has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including 25 years in Construction Management. During his career, he has successfully completed more than $300 million in new construction and interior upfits.
Mr. Perreault joined Magnolia Construction in June of 2004 bringing with him over six years of prior construction experience. Gerard graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration. He currently has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has successfully completed more than $76 million in interior upfits, including medical, industrial, retail, restaurant and general office. Gerard has a NC General Contractor and is a NC licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Foster joined Magnolia Construction in August of 2004 after graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Matt has also successfully completed a 30-hour Occupational Safety and Health training course in Construction Safety and Health. In addition, Matt has achieved the designation of LEED Accredited Professional since early 2009. With 12 years of construction experience, over 1.5 million square feet of interior upfits, and 35,000 square feet of new construction, Matt is a great asset to Magnolia Construction as a member with a general contractor license in North Carolina and Virginia.
Mr. Watkins joined Magnolia Construction in March 2015. He attended Surry Community College. Eddie is a veteran of the US Army National Guard in which he was an electrical engineer. In his 22 years of construction knowledge, Eddie has supervised new construction and remodeling of Harris Teeter’s, Dollar General, Walmart, Lowe’s Foods, Food Lion and Sheetz throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee. His cognitive abilities and galvanizing personality promoted him as a Project Manager in August of 2016. He serves our subcontractors, vendors and clients with the same objective as Magnolia Construction’s principles of customer satisfaction and strong relationships.
Mr. Gastley joined Magnolia Construction in July 2016 as a Project Manager. He has his license in General Construction since 2009. Wallace has been a business owner so he brings vast experience in the construction industry in every field on management. His tremendous understanding of construction budgets, scheduling and quality of results make Wallace an asset to serve our clients in every area we strive for excellence. He has over 3 million square feet in projects including retail, industrial, medical and office up fits, renovations and new construction.
