Magnolia Construction is hiring for a commercial construction Project Manager. The candidate
would be responsible for the following:

  • Establish and manage schedule, safety, administration, and profitability
  • Handle any constructability and technical issues
  • Communicating with owners and architects to keep the project on goal
  • Assist the Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests
  • Subcontractor performance issues
  • Manpower issues and analysis
  • Constructability and technical issues
  • Issue Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  • Contractual notices to Owners and Subcontractors
  • AIA Contract and Change Orders
  • Assist the Superintendents with scheduling, manpower, material, and equipment procurement
  • Quality of work. Update operations goals and review

The candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Cost and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Some estimating experience
