Magnolia Construction is hiring for a commercial construction Project Manager. The candidate
would be responsible for the following:
- Establish and manage schedule, safety, administration, and profitability
- Handle any constructability and technical issues
- Communicating with owners and architects to keep the project on goal
- Assist the Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests
- Subcontractor performance issues
- Manpower issues and analysis
- Constructability and technical issues
- Issue Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Contractual notices to Owners and Subcontractors
- AIA Contract and Change Orders
- Assist the Superintendents with scheduling, manpower, material, and equipment procurement
- Quality of work. Update operations goals and review
The candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Some estimating experience
